Dog Health Issues - Description of Canine Enteritis
The word Enteritis relates to the disease in domestic animals and is the inflammation of the intestines, especially of the small intestine. Canine Enteritis is precipitated by diarrhea, the abnormally fast passage of waste material through the large intestine, resulting in frequent defecation with loose feces and sometimes cramps. If diarrhea progresses to canine enteritis a Veterinary Surgeon should be consulted.
